Who Is Tab Trade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade - The Short Version

Tab Trade went live in Q1 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker does not.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. What matters is the setup is serious. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Pair that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package holds up. Few brokers in this bracket offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

This is the detail you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

However. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. This does not make it safe. It should inform how you think about it.

The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works depends on you.
